RGC, CR’s and Advisors can help solve common issues with dining, maintenance and laundry services. CR’s should feel empowered to problem solve using the guide below. We require that all maintenance related concerns have a work order number before they are presented at PRB. We also encourage residents to speak directly with staff if they encounter a problem.
This feedback is critical in evaluating resident satisfaction and recognizing outstanding service in our community. With that in mind, please include at least one compliment in the PRB spreadsheet. This can be a meal that residents enjoyed in the dining halls, an event they attended, or an outstanding employee.
In order to record feedback provided by CR’s during association, you may use a Google Form or spreadsheet.
