This is one example of an Association Meeting template. You’ll find ways to make the meetings more efficient or work with your association. However, all meetings should follow Robert’s Rules of Order. Robert’s Rule is complicated, so Cornell has broken it down here: https://assembly.cornell.edu/sites/default/files/roberts_rules_simplified.pdf. And if you still struggle with that, just note that everything requires a motion (i.e. “Floor 1 moves to…” ) and someone seconding that motion (i.e. “Floor 2 seconds that motion) and then a vote having to happen.

Funding Proposals for Community Funds

For community funds, a funding proposal must be sent to the RGC President at least 96 hours (4 days in advance) of the Association Meeting that the proposal will be discussed at. When disbursements are turned in for programs utilizing ANY community funds, they must have meeting minutes attached with the disbursement.
